Classes & Support Groups

EDUCATION & RESOURCES

Our classes and support groups offer valuable resources, education, and a supportive community to help you navigate the challenges of caregiving. We believe that by providing you with the right tools and a network of support, you can feel more confident and less alone on your caregiving journey.

Caregiver Support Group

Caring for a loved one can be challenging, but you don't have to do it alone. Join our monthly support group to connect with others who understand what you're going through. This is a safe space to share your experiences, gain valuable insights, and find the support you need.

Each session provides both support and education to help you navigate the complexities of caregiving.

Aitkin Location is at the Members COOP Credit Union Meeting Room located at 108 Minnesota Ave N, Aitkin MN. Monthly meeting on the first Thursday of each month from 12:30pm to 1:45pm.
